floor is a large living room with a fireplace, a dining
room with a fireplace and a really beautiful country
kitchen, fully equipped. All of the downstairs
rooms open onto the front garden through French windows.
Outside is a lovely large covered pergola with a table
for dining al fresco. There is also a BBQ and a lovely
swimming pool. This farmhouse is actually attached
at the far side to another farmhouse but it is completely
independent with an independent road, entrance and
garden.
Upstairs you will find the four bedrooms all with screens
on the windows. One is a twin bedroom and one is a double
bedroom. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub and
separate shower. Another bedroom is a double with en
suite bathroom with shower and the last is a twin-bedded
room with en suite bathroom with shower. From Tiepolo
there is a very nice view of the hills and mountains
which divide Lucca from Massaciuccoli Lake (Puccini's
Lake). You can see the sea and some islands. The nearest
good country trattoria is 1 km away and a fine restaurant
is 2 kms away.
